Refer A Candidate Guide

How to refer someone for a job

Have you found a position you think would be perfect for someone you know? Would you like to us to get to know them as well? Here’s the way to help us get in touch without compromising anyone’s personal information or the recruitment process:

How?

All you need to do is send the following link to the candidate you’d like to recommend:
Understanding Life Science Recruitment – Life Science Link (lifescience-link.com)

This will send them straight to the application page, allowing them to quickly apply for any of our vacant positions. Moreover, this will allow them access to future positions they might be a good fit for.

Ensure the validity of the hiring process and the data protection of your candidates.

We’d like to help you avoid some common mistakes which might occur when trying to refer a candidate. These mistakes needlessly extend and delay the process. Additionally, they could even compromise the security of your candidate’s personal information.

Try to avoid:
  • Sending the contact details or resume of the person you want to refer to us, via E-mail or LinkedIn
  • Sending the contact details or your candidate to our recruiters, on their personal email or LinkedIn
  • Applying on behalf of someone else with or without the consent of the person you want to refer

Once you refer the candidate through the above method, one of our recruiters will review their application within 24 hours. Then, we’ll let them know as soon as there is a vacancy that fits their profile.

Thank you for trusting in our recruitment process! You’ve successfully helped your loved ones share their talents with the world of life sciences!
